Vince would often offer a suggestion but was always very happy to listen to our ideas and thoughts and we think the result is amazing.

  • “Vince showed plenty of creativity and knowledge within the planning process and was always quick to get an answer from when needed. I had originally asked a number of builders/building designers to see whether a Torrens Title Development was possible… All of which denied the option of a Torrens Title Development, and rather advised a Hammerhead Community Title Development due to land size, frontage requirements, etc. After getting in contact with Vince, his idea from the very start was to get 2x Torrens Title Dwellings, street facing, and get the best possible outcome for us. His ambition and perseverance have got us to where we are today. This is what stood out for me.

    For the project to function, we had to re-locate a bus stop in front of the existing property. Once again asking a numerous amount of people, I was told it was 'almost impossible' to be re-located and would take several difficult tasks to achieve. Again, I left the matters in Vince's hands which he managed to take care of successfully. His helpfulness was greatly appreciated and didn't go unnoticed. 100% I will be using Via Design Studio on any future projects!”
